Recent technologies such as SMS are constantly opening up new ways to communicate and share information more effectively from the web. SMS Manager now allows agents, vendors, buyers, investors, renters and landlords to receive an SMS message and/or an email about properties, OFI’s, auctions, sales, withdrawals, etc.
Agents are able to assign an SMS budget to a vendor’s property, which will display a mobile phone icon image on their property page on the internet. This allows potential buyers, investors or renters to communicate directly from the property to the agent via SMS and/or email.
An office can also set up regular messages to communicate more efficiently with all staff members when they are out of the office. They are also able to SMS a specific message in regards to a particular property.
This form of communication provides a more cost effective and immediate way of sending messages to agents and potential buyers or renters with information on a property.
